Not special, just OK. Especially a woman who is Room keeper is great.love her smile
Our room must be not used often maybe.
There was many problem when we checked in.
TV doesn’t work.
light in closet, mini bar broken, they said can’t repair.
Stand light broken.
Safe deposit box digital doesn’t work,staff bring key for it….we need to carry key always.
We booked suit attached kitchen…..
It’s not kitchen, just sink only. Can do nothing.
So they offer us to prepare cooker, but……we worry to if there was cooker only….we confused more. And we could know kitchen fan also doesn’t work….hahaha
But Location is good, clean, good staff, room is fudge.
We felt bad 1 point is..,,even not good condition room had an information of hotel rule.
It notice about many penalty only.
Restaurant was Korean restaurant. We don’t need it in Vietnam, so didn’t try.
Say again, Staff is working well.
We met a woman around reception, she never care us, she checked toilet then come inside to reception counter.
So we though ohhhh she must be owner or manager who made that hotel rule.
Hahaha, but just felt bad.
Thank you for front office team, we could relax there.
So sorry to not good review, it’s just to Hotel, staff is 4-5 star, I think.
