Riverside is ALMOST totally taken over by scammers. the last three times we booked, ince Booking.con and twice Expedia, we never recieved a room. Last year it was “your credit card is no good” even though the booking website showed it vaiks and I wven uodated with a different card.
Last week this place an hour out said the room had BOTH Electrical and Plumbing issue and because it was a holiday couod not be fixed (Jan 1). pissibly but I know this byukding has its own maintenance and also the odds of both electrical AND plumbing issue at the same time?
And today with another room were tokd no room. The security guards say people get canceled every day I think they send people from other liatings over at a higher price, we just arrived at a replacement dor Riverside at a higher orice and were tild “we have no rooms but can send you across thw river to Riverside”.
So I am not calling KaLa Rivergate crooks, but we will no longer book at ANY Riverside property after staying every year for years. Buyer Beware
