“Location is perfect, walkable to most of the tourists' places. Hotel is still pretty new with that fresh paint smell (if you are sensitive to smell, let the staffs know, they can light some candles to help with the new paint smell away). Speaking of the staffs, very friendly, very thorough explaining the hotel. Two 24/7 seven eleven within 1-2 walk away. Washer and dryer are at the basement (complimentary which was nice to have two weeks of clothing smelling fresh again). No hotel breakfast but...

“This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Saigon. The space is clean and very well organized. The building is modern and secure. I would recommend it to business travelers.”

“This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom. They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying.
