This modern one-bedroom studio is designed to make the most of its compact footprint, offering a comfortable and well-equipped space that suits both short and longer stays. Set beneath a contemporary home, the studio is private, quiet, and positioned at the end of the corridor, giving you a tucked-away feel while still being easily accessible.

Inside, the space is thoughtfully laid out in an open-plan design, with everything you need within one central area. The studio features a comfortable queen bed, a wardrobe for storage, a small dining space, and a TV, creating a relaxed and functional environment. A heat pump ensures year-round comfort, keeping the space warm in winter and cool in summer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a digital cooktop, oven/microwave, and all the essentials required to prepare meals during your stay. Despite the compact size, the layout is efficient and practical, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The bathroom is separate and features a sleek, modern walk-in shower, offering a fresh and comfortable space to start or end your day. The studio also includes its own laundry facilities, with a washing machine and dryer available for guest use, adding convenience for longer stays.

The property is best accessed by car, with parking available on-site. Hobart CBD is approximately a 15–20 minute drive away, making it easy to explore the city while staying in a quieter coastal location. Blackmans Bay beach is within walking distance via nearby access, and local shops and cafes are just a short drive from the property.

The property is located beneath the main residence, where the owners live, however they are very mindful of guest privacy.
There are two studios on the lower level, with your studio located at the end of the corridor for added privacy.
Maximum occupancy is strictly two guests.
