Any party or excessive noise will result in immediate eviction and a $350 violation fee with no refund.

Late check-outs are not permitted unless pre-approved via Airbnb messaging.
Late check-out fees may apply to allow sufficient cleaning time between guests.

Pets must not be left unattended in the home

Fees for violations:
• $175 sterilisation and deep cleaning fee (pet on furniture)
• $185 manager visit fee (pet left unattended)
• $350 per unauthorized pet

Any violation may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

👶 Minors
Minors must not be left unattended inside or outside the property at any time.

🧼 Cleanliness
If the property is left in an excessively messy condition, an additional $69 per extra hour of cleaning will be charged.

The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur during your stay.
