Completata di recente nell'ottobre 2018, questa casa di lusso si distingue dal resto.
Situato in una tranquilla zona di case nuove ea soli 15 minuti di auto dal CBD di Hobart, questa casa con 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e 2 zone giorno soddisferà gli ospiti più esigenti. Dal momento in cui entri in Rise House, sei circondato dalla qualità!
Al centro di questa spaziosa casa è una cucina ultra elegante, completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Un banco in pietra lungo 6 metri, un'enorme panca ad isola con posti a sedere per dieci persone, un grande frigorifero / congelatore con distributore di ghiaccio / acqua, forno ILVE con piastre ad induzione, lavastoviglie Bosch, frigorifero per vino e macchina per caffè Expobar.
Adiacente alla cucina c'è un grande tavolo da pranzo in pietra con 10 posti a sedere e un bellissimo salone con comodi salotti in pelle e grande smart tv.
Vi si accede tramite il salone da un ponte semi-coperto con balaustre in vetro e offre splendide viste sul fiume e sul sobborgo circostante.
Rise House offre quattro ampie camere da letto, 2 con bagno privato. Tutte le camere sono dotate di grande smart tv, armadio, coperta elettrica, comodini con lampade.
Il secondo soggiorno ha salotti in pelle, grande smart tv con PlayStation 4, Wii U e una macchina arcade cocktail sitdown con 60 giochi.
Il bagno principale ha una grande doccia separata, vasca da bagno, portasciugamani riscaldato e grande vanità con piano in pietra e doppio lavabo.
L'angolo lavanderia ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un mobile con piano in pietra.
La casa è riscaldata / raffreddata da un sistema di pompe di calore canalizzato per un comfort totale.
Il garage ha un parcheggio per 2 veicoli e ha accesso alla casa. Un sacco di parcheggio extra nel vialetto.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful luxurious home for our holiday. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, the layout of the home was very suited for my elderly parents located in a beautiful peaceful street with a beautiful view. The pantry was full of various herbs and spices, the coffee machine was easy to use, which catered for our coffee kicks for the day. Most of all, Mark and Miriam are amazing hosts with their prompt responses. The art on the wall is absolutely mesmerising, we had everything we needed and more to feel we were home away from home. This property was perfect for our stay in Tasmania. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed plus loads of extras. The location was perfect with only a short drive to Hobart and surrounds and close to the airport. The views from the property were beautiful and it had everything we needed to keep our 5 and 8 year olds entertained during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were loads of towels and linen etc. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tassie. Thank you so much Mark and Miriam for making our stay so enjoyable.

Thanks Mark & Miriam, we loved your house and had the best time in Hobart. Location was great, not too close to the city, but not too far away either. The house is clean and very spacious - it accommodated our group of friends perfectly. The arcade game was also a hit for the oldies. Would definitely recommend and stay at again myself.

Property was lovely and accomadated 10 adults comfortably. Granton is half an hour away from the CBD in Hobart so factor this in if you want to stay centrally. However the area was well maintained and the rooms and communal areas modern ans comfortable. Recommend this property highly.

We had a wonderful stay here over a hot long weekend! We were kept cool and entertained by all that the house had to offer! Loved the location, made getting into Hobart easy and travelling back up North fast too! We would love to stay again when we have another group trip in Hobart!

Great property.Easy to find.All amenities for a 5 day stay including wifi access.Excellent rooms clean and plenty of towels. Only criticsm no welcome goodies we stayed at other properties during our tour of Tasmania and had tastes of Tasmania including a bottle of wine. Thanks to hosts.They have a beautiful home for family or friends to enjoy.

Six of us stayed here, plenty of space meant that nobody was tripping over any one else, lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. TVs in every room meant that it was easy to watch the game while the kids watched YouTube. Mark and Miriam were great when we had an issue with the washer. The only criticism I would have is the mattress was a bit harder than I'm used to, but everything else was excellent.

It is a big and amazing house. It is very comfortable and cozy like our home. The house was tidy and organized. We had an amazing view in the morning and my daughter loved the heated beds! Definitely a must go to again when we are visiting Hobart!

Just a perfect dream home for our group of two families where we stayed for 2 nights. Kitchen was massive and had a very well stocked pantry. Games room kept the kids (and adults!) entertained. Very family-friendly layout in a nice quiet location about 20 minutes drive from Hobart. Mark and Miriam were great hosts who responded to any queries promptly.
