Nestled at the bottom of a Calder- sac with the Beach only a 100m away my small & unique home has everything you need for your stay all in one place - Off street parking , close to public transport, shops , open plan with 2 seperate longe areas & outdoor spaces .

A large rear deck with a BBQ and seating , fully fenced yard with a gate opening onto a park & Howrah Beach.. & only 15m drive to the CBD & Salamanca

Go to sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to nature calling

All of the spaces are available that are pictured. House to yourself

All areas except one bedroom ( private sign and monitored :-) ) and shed which are strictly off limits
One shelf of the pantry allocated to guests with some condiments which are free to use

A wicker chest of drawers and some coat hangers in the bedroom are avail for clothes only - NO Access to any other cupboards for storage

.One drawer in the bathroom is yours to use

All of the cupboards will be secured closed - that private

A friendly quiet street with local shops and supermarkets close by

Local bus route at the end of the street.directly to Hobart
Uber around $20-30 to CBD

Yes the floors are worn - there are some cracks in the walls. :-)))

Please note there are bandicoot’s at times in the backyard plus cockatoos & rosellas in the trees
