“I checked out, having left my jacket behind. When I contacted them a few days later, they told me the jacket was gone.”

“I saw a roach. Otherwise I was satisfied with the accommodations for the price. Other than the roach everything was clean and worked.”

“NO POOL NO COFFEE POT NO REAL PERSON AT THE PLACE THE BREAKFAST CONSISTED OF COFFEE AND APPLE JUICE AND APPLES THEY ALSO WANTED MONEY FOR DEPOSIT AND THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES CONSISTED OF 2 WASHER AND DRYERS THAT CHARGES $4.25 A LOAD AND THEY DIDN'T GET ANYTHING CLEAN OR SMELL BETTER! THE WALLS WERE SO THIN I WAS KEPT AWAKE BY HAULING DOGS AND PEOPLE ARGUING THE PROPERTY WAS COVERED WITH WALKING PROSTITUTE'S!!! THIS TOWN IS SCARY AND IF YOU'RE TRAVELING ALONE AND A WOMAN KEEP GOING!!!”

“While I wasn't aware the property an exterior access room (ie: Motel) overall I had no complaints for my personal use of the grounds, room & facilities. Clean, courteous and overall suitable.”

“Wasn’t as clean as other holiday inn express that we stayed at breakfast was cold pool was out of service kids running in the hall ways very noisy staff was stand offish not polite and personal able as other holiday inn express won’t be back to this one”

“Breakfast was exceptional. All staff were the best I have ever seen. Every single person on staff greeted us everytime we encountered them. Friendly, helpful, informative; I can't praise them enough. Bar was a little rundown (almost shabby), but staff made up for that. Bathroom was not sparkling clean. Property is unique and it was a pleasure to stay there.”

“The hotel was great , no complaints. My only problem was I was under the assumption thst there was a pool when I booked it. There is no pool.”

“Breakfast was great. The lady that was taking care of the food went out of here way to make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied. She deserves a raise. Everyone was very attentive, professional and curtious. Very friendly staff. The only issue that I had was that the tub had rust and I had to put a towel over it to take a shower. I let the attendant at the front desk know and right away the maintenance man went to check on it. We will book again on the future. ”
