“I didnt spend much time at the hotel, but the room was very clean, and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. The room temp was comfortable despite the winter storm situation, and breakfast bar had both hot and cold options. Not gourmet, but fresh make-it-yourself waffles, and eggs and sausage. There was no herbal tea in the tea selectiom. But plenty of juices. The stay was good! Odd things: The TV didnt face the bed or the couch and the windows only had light filtering sheers, but...

“Very welcoming lobby, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, loved having coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. The only thing I have an "issue" with is, the indoor pool was not heated!! That is the #1 reason I chose Tru for our stay. too uncomfortably cold for my grand kids!! There were other people that told us, as they were coming out of the pool area, "Don't bother, it is freezing!"”

“A very good experience. Front staff was very pleasant and professional. The entire property was well maintained and very clean, it did not smell musty like many properties smell, it was very clean. Breakfast was a home run ! It was fresh, hot, and god variety. It was great to see a property staff present to monitor the meal.”
