It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. “Our room and the common and dining areas were very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a noise issue with our first room and they switched us into a quieter room very quickly. ”

“The hotel smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. There was a large crack in the bottom of the bathtub which was "fixed" with roofing tape. The vinyl faux-wood flooring was a little sticky, but the surfaces generally seemed clean and it was quiet enough. There were no outlets close enough to charge phones on the bedside tables.”
