“Dear Hilton Management,
I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately fell far below my expectations of the Hilton brand.
Upon arrival around 5:00 PM, the front desk experience was unwelcoming. While check-in was efficient, the employee appeared disengaged, offered no smile or greeting, and only became friendly after I asked if she was having a bad day.
Our room (206) had a persistent sewage-like odor from arrival to departure, making the stay uncomfortable. We...
