Bach moderno: mare, montagna, golf, pesca

Questo nuovo Bach a 2 piani si trova a soli 800 metri dalla spiaggia di Hokio. Al piano superiore dispone di 2 camere da letto, doccia separata, WC e stanza da toeletta, nonché una cucina-sala da pranzo-salotto a pianta aperta che scorre su un grande ponte coperto. La vista dal piano superiore si estende sui terreni agricoli rurali fino al mare - grandi tramonti. Rilassati e divertiti con un espresso o un cappuccino dalla macchina del caffè. Al piano inferiore ha un garage con lavanderia, un secondo WC e la 3a camera da letto / salotto. Il torrente Hokio è una popolare località di esche bianche in stagione (agosto - novembre). Ci sono viste sulla catena montuosa Tararua 15 km a est e un campo da golf da campionato a 18 buche a soli 4 km lungo la strada. Se devi andare nei negozi o andare al cinema, è solo a 10 minuti in auto dal centro commerciale Levin. La spiaggia di Hokio ha un'atmosfera meravigliosamente remota poiché il villaggio stesso è quasi invisibile dalla spiaggia. Questo è un ottimo posto dove scappare per una pausa, a soli 40 minuti da Palmerston North e 75 minuti da Wellington. Non rimarrete delusi.

Hokio accomodation

We were very happy with the property we booked for our stay in Levin. It was a few minutes from town but easy roads and driving to our venue we needed to be at. Our accomodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Lovely property that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. The photo's do not do the place any justice! We got fantastic weather and could enjoy the beach every day. Our two daughters, aged 12 and 13 had a great time.

Clean modern beach property for families

Fantastic clean home great for families of all ages, our tamariki enjoyed having their own entertainment space downstairs. Nice bedding, plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen and great deck. We would rent again, not too far from Levin, do your shopping before you head out to Hokio Beach no dairy or shops but a lovely little beach community.

Business Retreat

The accommodation was top notch - well presented and well resourced for everything. It was light and airy and the perfect location for what we wanted. On the down side was that from the pictures on the Web we thought it was on the beach front - and in fact we had to drive to the beach from the batch - which was a bit disappointing, especially as there wasn't even views of the sea. But over all we loved it and would book again.

Our stay

Have stayed at this beautiful property on two separate occasions, both for special whanau occasions. It is a fantastic home that is beautifully presented, is immaculately clean and is situated in a really lovely spot. Communication with Andrew was always done with ease and access to the property was very straightforward. Would not hesitate to recommend this home as a great place to stay. Can't wait to go back again.

Modern Bach with everything we could have needed

Hokio Beach area is a bit more run down than I had expected (had never been before) but the beach itself was really great and the bach was a really nice place to relax in. Spent a few hours at the beach swimming in the waves with the kids and then playing in the sand dunes. The living area in the house is perfect if you were entertaining with great access to the deck. An internal access garage at bach was a real luxury too! Thanks so much for letting us stay :)
