Welcome to Two One Two – a unique holiday retreat named not just for its prime address but for the spirit of perfection it embodies. In science and cooking, 212 degrees Fahrenheit is the boiling point of water at sea level – the moment when things reach their peak, transforming into something extraordinary. At Two One Two, we aim to offer the same kind of fabulous holiday retreat.

Please Note:
This house actually sleeps 6. However, I understand it can be challenging to find accommodation for 8, and this property has the cutest wee tiny house on the rear section, fully fenced, if you are looking to accommodate more than 6 people.

You have use of the entire property to yourself but there is a shared offsite driveway and parking and a tiny house fenced off in the back garden.

We absolutely welcome well-behaved dogs and understand the joy of travelling with your furry companion. We ask that pets are quiet, sleep on their own beds and please stay off our furniture and linens.
Please remember to note your pet on your reservation so we can allow extra time for deep cleaning after your stay.

Travelling with an Electric Vehicle?

If you’re travelling with an electric car, you're very welcome to charge it here at the property during your stay. Please bring your own charging cable - a longer one can be helpful, as plug access is usually inside the house.

There’s also a public charging station nearby at New World Hokitika, in case that’s more convenient for you.

Whichever option works best, we hope it helps keep your travels smooth and easy.

It was beautiful decorated. Conveniently located. Well appointed. Super easy check in. Very clean and well kept. Easy access to the beach. Very comfortable bed! Everything about it exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend. Just a great value and experience all the way around!
