“這是一間值得推薦的酒店。地點有點遠離市區，大約15/20分鐘車程，所以酒店有接駁車。但需要留意在退房期間某一些班次會很多人，可能無位。酒店房間舒適地方也乾淨。床及枕頭軟硬適中。酒店望出空間寬敞，可以欣賞長野的優美景致。早餐選擇頗多係美味的。溫泉好像一個游泳池。洗衣機器只接受新版1000円纸幣，所以最好自己準備充足100円硬幣。前台的職員英文程度欠佳，通常用手機翻譯為主，個別比較寬容。總體而言不錯。期待將來再次探訪時會入住相同酒店。”

“The staff were very responsive and friendly. The hotel was also very warm and inviting - they lit the fireplace on some nights and there were fun amenities in the lobby like hammocks and a foosball table. My 9 year old daughter loved the kid's club and was there before dinner everyday. My husband and I also loved the gym - it was very clean and well equipped. The onsen was also wonderful, especially the outdoor section. The breakfast buffet selection was very wide and we needed a couple of days...
