“L'attenzione al cliente è sicuramente uno dei punti forti della struttura, che pure è ben curata e confortevole. Personale sempre sorridente e attento ad ogni minima necessità. Ottimo soggiorno. Forse un po' tranquillo...fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla e ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere un po' di vita, ma nel complesso tutto bene. Camere ben pulite e ben arredate.”

“This was our third stay at St. James Bay, and once again we chose the same upper apartment because it truly feels like home. The location is perfect, the apartment is spacious and full of charm, and the view is simply unbeatable. The property is gated, with convenient parking (we always rent a car), but there’s also a bus stop just a minute away, so getting around is easy either way.One of the highlights is Sherry, the lovely housekeeper. She is an absolute delight, and I was so happy to see her...

“l'hotel è molto pulito ed il servizio è ottimo. le persone della reception sono disponibili ed eccezionali, ti risolvono qualunque problema. l'hotel è vicino a locali notturni e comodo ai mezzi di trasporto locali. l'unico neo trovato è la quantita' di mangiare che è un poco scarsa ma buona.”

“Not a five star hotel but met expectations so giving it 5 stars for what is advertised. Staff were nice, room was clean. Prime oceanfront location - This is why you stay here. Restaurant on site. Recommend staying in the newer building, but not on the first floor. While nice to walk out to the ocean, people will use the loungers in front of your patio door so you have no privacy. Wish list: bigger tv’s, extra comforters, sheer curtains (not just black out ones), more light in the bathroom. ”
