Casa spaziosa splendidamente ristrutturata, con arredamento moderno e proprietà ben tenuta. Il bagno è completo di vasca e doccia con asciugacapelli e asciugamani.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare, frigorifero nuovo, microonde, fornelli, caffettiera e tostapane. Questa unità con una camera da letto ha il suo accesso privato, uno spazio tutto suo in una casa molto grande. Questa ha una vista mozzafiato sul fiume e si trova a poco più di un miglio dalla bellissima Douglas e 2 miglia da Saugatuck.

Se sei avventuroso, sei a meno di un miglio da Mount Baldhead Park, dove puoi sfidare te stesso a 282 gradini per goderti la splendida vista del Lago Michigan. Great getaway!

This was such a fun stay and Denise was a great host! If you’re going to spend time in the Douglas/Saugatuck area and don’t want to drive, check out the Interurban shuttle. They picked us up/dropped us off at the property so we could spend the evening in Saugatuck. The beach, hiking trails, shopping, dining and drinks are so close. This place has great proximity to everything.

We were in the basement unit which is super cute and mostly clean (dropped my pillow on the floor the first night and came up with hair ball’s and dust bunnies); the unit could really use a dehumidifier. Otherwise it was perfect!

great location

This is in a great location. Cute space with everything you need.Parking is very tight and is not easily marked. It was very crowded when we were there and there was a car parked in the spot that we thought was assigned to us, after talking to the host, we were told two cars were to park there (which would have left very little room for other cars to enter and exit safely). The laundry room is a shared room between two lower apartments. All units were full the first couple days we were there, after they left we wanted to do some laundry, but, both washer and dryer were full of the bedding and towels from the other spaces. In order to do my laundry we had to fold, and then dry their items first.One family had three small kids who were constantly running around above us, which was very loud.Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The outdoor patio was nice, but it is a shared space with the other apartment on the main floor.

Very comfortable property.

Our time at the facility was spent mostly in the evening and it was very relaxing. Our last evening was a bit marred as a horrific thunder storm passed through with threats of tornados and 75 mile an hour winds and hail The power was knocked out through the rest of stay and we had no flashlights etc. No injuries or damages to us but much damage in the surrounding area. Overall, a great stay.

Birthday Getaway

The space was exactly as I envisioned! Everything I expected. The first night was perfect weather to use the fire pit. Spent mornings with coffee overlooking the water at the outside table and chairs. The living room couch was very comfortable as was the queen size bed!! Loved the breeze flowing in through the patio door screen. We were extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Water view from the deck

Relaxing on the deck was an added bonus. The 1 bedroom unit was tastefully decorated. The location is within walking distance of the chain ferry, Mt. Baldknob and hiking trails. Just a short drive and you can be chillaxing on Douglas and/or Oval Beach, eating at numerous spots and shopping to your hearts content. Enjoy this gem on your next trip to Saugatuck.

Loved it!

The owners are very friendly, offering recommendations for breakfast and dinner. The house was clean and well kept and the location is ideal, close to the chain ferry and within a nice walk to Oval beach and Mt. Baldhead. We had a great time visiting Saugatuck for the first time.

Hooked! We'll be Back

What we loved most besides our lovely Host was their home. I absolutely loved the multiple living spaces, felt like home. And the View, so tranquil! The location is so convenient, so close to town and the beach 😎 Oval beach was definitely the cherry on top, so beautiful 🌞 Saugatuck is such a cute town, plenty to see and do! We go to Saugatuck every year, this was our first time staying at this property and it was awesome! Very clean and great view from the patio of the water and very close to the beach and shops and restaurants! Highly recommend!

1st Anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary on April 2024. The place is beautiful, as is the area. We enjoyed being so close to Lake Michigan, Kalamazoo Lake, and right across the street from the Kalamzoo River. The place is well set up with a full kitchen including stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher + a magic bullet blender and wine and bottle openers, as well as toaster and coffee maker. Nice gas fire place stove easy to use too. Enjoyed how close it was to a handful of nice towns and right across the river from downtown Saugatuck. The place even has a shared laundry room access between the units, you can lock the door to the laundry from inside your unit. We loved walking to Mount Bald Head and Lake Michigan. It was also nice to sit on the front deck and enjoy the view of the Kalamazoo River.
