All the luxuries of a custom home located in the center of the best location for shopping, dining, and experiencing Downtown Holland. 2 blocks from Hope College campus.

The Space:
You will be provided a private door code for access for contact free access to condo.

Guest Access:
NO ELEVATOR. Please note, the 2 story condo is located on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to carry luggage up large flight of stairs to access condo. One private assigned parking space directly behind building. Garage can be rented for additional nightly fee. NO ELEVATORL

The Neighborhood:
Simply stated it's the nicest accommodations available in best location you can stay at- the absolute center of the downtown Holland's idyllic 8th street shopping and restaurant area that features heated sidewalks in the winter. You will be steps from everything you would want to enjoy.

Centrally located on 8th street, you will find:
- numerous restaurants, breweries, cocktail bars, chocolatiers, ice cream / yogurt, coffee, and food/wine shops
- boutique stores, museums, art galleries, salons, movie theaters, farmers market
- walking paths, bike trails, heated sidewalks, and playgrounds
- 2 blocks to Hope College, and walking distance to Lake Macatawa, and Kollen Park
- within 5 miles of Ottawa Beach State Park on Lake Michigan

Perfect for friends’ getaways, vacations, visiting loved ones, or just treating yourself to a high-end experience. Owners will consider options for longer term off season relocation stays. Direct access to 8th street and reserved parking

Getting Around:
We offer 1 reserved private parking spot off from 7th street. The building features entrances on 7th and 8th street for the ultimate convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Short term rental agreement must be signed with identity verification. Please note this is a pet-free property including service/support animals (Airbbnb exclusion on file). NO ELEVATOR.

Interaction with Guests:
We give you privacy, but are available via text and phone should you need assistance.

Our stay was a 10 for our short trip to Holland, MI. The Evelyn is every bit as beautiful in person as it is in the descriptions, you will not be disappointed!

I visited Holland in late April with my friends/family and we had a wonderful time. The tulips were in full bloom and the downtown area was absolutely charming. Our accommodations at The Evelyn couldn’t have been better! The location is in the heart of downtown with lots of quaint shops and restaurants all just steps away. The property itself is stunning. Amy and Chris did a fabulous job with the design and interior decor. As you can see from the pictures, it’s beautiful. There’s a living area and balcony on each floor so plenty of room to gather/entertain. The owners were great with the communication and all property instructions were clear. Chris even personally introduced himself when we were departing and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

I was missing my son who attends Hope College and thought I would drive from Ohio for a visit. I decided I wanted to stay someplace other than a hotel and found this gem! It is beautiful and well appointed. (And I am picky😉) I had such a great visit. I felt like it was such a treat! You will not be disappointed!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy check in and owner was great with communicating! Location is phenomenal- you are right in the middle of everything! Lots of things are within walking distance. My only suggestion is bring a set of towels for the day of checkout because you have to leave the towels washed and dried upon checkout which makes for a late night doing laundry and no towels in the morning.

Our first stay in Holland and it was fantastic! The location is great and the condo is just beautiful. Definitely 5 stars and sitting on the upstairs balcony overlooking the shops and tourists is a great way to relax. Impeccably furnished and the owner (Amy) provided the best recommendations for food, entertainment and sights. Our favorite was dinner at the Hops! Sat at the bar waiting for our table and having so much fun we ate at the bar listening to a small band and watching the US Open. Coming back to the condo absolutely topped off the evening. A perfect place and we look forward to coming back to Holland again and staying here again. Ann & Jon Bell

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Holland. Located in a beautifully restored building with two private decks overlooking 8th street, this spacious property is thoughtfully furnished including luxury linens and a well-appointed kitchen. From the initial inquiry to check-out, the property managers were extremely welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Great condo overlooking 8th street in downtown Holland. We loved it so much-steps to coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Clean and beautiful-we didn’t want to go home!
