Rinnovata dimora storica - A pochi passi da tutte le attività del centro!

Unisciti ad amici e parenti a Hoffman Hideaway su "The Hill" nel cuore di Saugatuck. La parte originale della casa risale alla metà del 1800. Questa casa ha subito un recente rinnovamento / restauro. Questa casa vanta oltre 2000 piedi quadrati. Ci sono tre camere da letto in totale. Due camere da letto al piano principale con letti queen size e zona notte al piano superiore con 5 letti singoli, ci sono tre bagni completi, pavimenti in legno e piastrelle in tutto. La cucina completamente rinnovata, parte della casa originale, è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Ogni bagno è stato rinnovato e l'antica vasca per i piedi con gli artigli è stata mantenuta e retro dotata di doccia. Ci si può rilassare all'interno della veranda vivibile aperta tutto l'anno con camino o all'esterno sul ponte posteriore, godendosi i tranquilli dintorni. Hoffman Hideaway è in una posizione di invidia, a soli due minuti a piedi dal centro della città! Sei a pochi passi da tutti i ristoranti, negozi, parchi e il porto. Se stai cercando di rimanere attivo, cammina fino allo storico Chain Ferry, attraversa il fiume Kalamazoo e cammina fino a Oval Beach. Oval Beach è considerata una delle dieci migliori spiagge degli Stati Uniti. Se stai cercando di rilassarti e vedere i luoghi, fai un giro sulla Star of Saugatuck, la Harbor Duck. This was a 2nd stay for a couples getaway - plenty of room for the 6 of us, and the place was as beautiful and clean as the last time we stayed in 2019! You know it's a clean place when it smells clean as soon as you open the door. Very close to town, easy walk and no parking problems in a busy summer season in Saugatuck. Great communication for questions, just can't say enough nice things about this rental. Thanks for a great weekend with friends!!

My girlfriends and I get together every Fall for a girls weekend and this property and location did not disappoint!! Beautiful home, so close to downtown Saugatuck. Everything about this home was spectacular! We enjoyed the home and everything about it. We would definitely return to this property in the future!!!

The house is situated on a street that takes you right to the middle of what’s happening. Well maintained house, fully stocked with everything you need. A flatscreen tv would be so nice in one of the main floor bedrooms. Will be returning.

The home was in the Perfect location, only a 4 minute walk to downtown! The house was super charming and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay! I would highly recommend staying here for a weekend or a week away!

A beautiful home. With well maintained yard and landscaping. A short walk into town makes it so nice. We enjoyed our stay with family. At the end of the day we enjoyed talking and sitting by the fireplace.We look forward to staying at this house again.

We have stayed at many wonderful homes in Saugatuck, but none were cleaner than this home. The whole home has been beautifully renovated with large bedrooms and updated bathrooms. There is a great backyard and patio that we really enjoyed. The house is on a bit of a hill, so keep that in mind if anyone in your group has difficulties with inclines or stairs. But we loved the location! Close enough to walk to everything in town, far enough to enjoy quiet summer nights on the patio. One minor problem when we arrived was quickly responded to by host, so very happy with response. Would love (and hope) to stay here again!

We had a great time. This home was clean, check in was easy, it was close to town! We had such a wonderful time connecting, Saugatuck and this house worked perfect for our multigenerational girls weekend! Something for everyone. The house provided us with a a cozy place to gather as well many options fun for all ages.

We took another visit to Saugatuck, this time with the girls of the family. It was perfect; we spread out, kids played while we adults sipped wine and cooked some great meals. Loved time outside and walked town. Played outside with the littles and chatted the nights away. Love this place!

I recently stayed at this VBRO property and I had a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and it was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities were as described and everything I needed was readily available. The location was perfect, and I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.
