Greetings from Wine on Wall St!!
Get ready for some fun and a perfect location that will keep you coming back!
This sparkly newly remodeled home is one block from downtown Douglas and five blocks from downtown Saugatuck.
This 2 bedroom home was just completely remodeled, interior design is very modern and well equipped to simplify the needs of your vacation.
You will love spending your evenings on the beautiful patio with a fire pit that offers a distant view of the Kalamazoo River. You will be captivated by the incredible design of the porch, a great place to have cocktails, play games and hang out. This could also make for a perfect workspace if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and work virtually with high-speed internet.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1-Master suite with a King size bed, sitting area with TV, large walk-in closet with a very spacious bathroom and bedroom.
Bedroom 2-Queen size bed directly across from the 2nd bath
Pull out couch-Queen size memory foam mattress with an additional memory foam gel topper to add extra comfort.
DINING ROOM:
Spacious table to seat 7 with additional seating for 2 at the bar.
LIVING ROOM:
Pull-out couch memory foam gel topper (queen size) and a very cozy seating area

OTHER AMENITIES
- HIGH-SPEED internet with Xfinity streaming and Roku.
- 2 TVs
- Bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, kitchen detergent/dishwasher are provided
- Laundry room with washer/dryer (detergent provided)
- Parking for 4 cars

-2 miles from Oval Beach-25 best shorelines in the WORLD and one of the top beaches in the US.
-Mount Baldhead, challenge yourself to 282 steps and check out the breathless view.
-Hiking trails just under a mile
-Just under a mile walk to downtown Saugatuck
-2-minute walk to downtown Douglas
-Enjoy wineries in Fennville, just a 10-minute drive
-Dune rides, ice cream and State Parks close by to explore.
-Boat rentals close by and MUCH MORE!!
-3-minute walk to Petter Wine and Gallery
-4-minute walk to Red Dock

We are currently a premiere host for other properties in Saugatuck, let me know if you need additional space that would be just over a mile away from this property. (we have a studio, 1 bedroom and a 4 bedroom)

Denise communicated well and timely. The house was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We loved the games and puzzles. Location was fantastic. It was a 4 min walk to breakfast and a 5 min drive to downtown Saugatauk. Would definately stay again!

Wonderful stay in charming cottage

We had a great time at Wine on Wall Street! The cottage was clean, well decorated, and an amazing location! We loved waking up and having coffee each morning in the four seasons room which had tons of windows looking out at the charming neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet but a close walk to all the shops and restaurants in both Fouglass and Saugatuck.

Great location. Appears to be recently remodeled and looks very nice. Walkable to town. Access/security leaves a bit to be desired. Rooms, particularly the bedrooms need window coverings. BYO streaming access logins.

Great stay in Douglas

We were delighted with the home in Douglas! The entire home was clean, looked newly renovated, and tastefully decorated. I want to owner of the property to decorate my home! Easy access to downtown Saugatuck and walking distance to a cute town square in Douglas. All expectations were exceeded and we look forward to renting the property again in the future.

Comfortable and Convenient

The property was perfect for our rainy weekend getaway to Douglas/Saugatuck. Plenty of kitchen essentials, space to visit, and fun board games. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, spacious and very comfortable for sleeping! Overall had a great stay and highly recommend.

Perfect getaway house in perfect location

This house was so comfortable and so well equipped with everyone we could possibly need. Also just a few minutes' walk to restaurants in Douglas and a few minutes' drive to Oval Beach, Crane Orchard, Fenn Valley winery, and much more. I'd rent this house anytime. It's perfect for two couples but has so many wonderful seating areas (including outdoors and a fantastic enclosed front porch) that there's enough space for more to get together.

Don't miss this one!

This perfectly curated cottage is immaculate, well supplied and exactly as pictured. It's located on a beautiful tree lined street steps away from the center of town (don't miss Respite for coffee) and the gazebo on the river. It's away from the bustle of Saugatuck which is just a two minute car ride or 20 minute walk away. Lots of great restaurants nearby - - Farmhouse Deli, Blue Star Cafe, Back Alley Pizza, The Butler, Southerner, Coral Gables, Wicks are all great stops and just a short 10-15 minute drive are the What Not Inn and Cranes Pies. The owner is a wonderful host!

The Best Cottage in Douglas

We had a wonderful stay with some friends at Denise's cottage. This home is updated and decorated so cute. It is extremely clean and well stocked which made our stay so comfortable. Denise is so helpful and quick with communication. I reached out to her numerous times to inquire about the area and she was quick to respond with suggestions....and she did not steer us wrong. Accessing the property was easy. It is close to everything you could want...downtown Douglas, Saugatuck and even South Haven. There is absolutely no doubt I would stay here again. Absolutely everything you could need is available here. It was hard to leave and we can't wait to go back!

Loved it!!!

Wow!! What a cozy cottage and a fantastic location. We have never been to the area so I was not familiar with anything! I feel like we really lucked in. The house is so cute, the pictures don’t do it justice and the neighborhood-love! We walked to the coffee shop and into Saugatuck for dinner. Douglas beach is also close, we biked there. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our adult and get away with friends. It was a short 15 minute walk into downtown Saugatuck which we did twice a day. The house was perfect in every way! My husband and myself along with the other couple we were traveling with loved the house, loved how it was decorated, loved the fire pit and patio furniture outside, along with the beach chairs for us to use in the garage. The host of this property thought of everything and was very responsive to all emails. We will most definitely stay again.

Perfect cottage in a perfect location

We enjoyed the updated decor, spacious gathering areas, outdoor fire pit, and the comfy beds.Spent most nights on the beautiful enclosed porch playing games. Started each day with a very quick walk for coffee and started our evening with a 5 min. walk to the dock (or downtown restaurant) for a cocktail. The fact that we could walk to downtown Saugatuck in 20-25 min. was an unexpected bonus!! Would definitely rent again.
