Notified desk that TV had large dark spot on screen. No effort was made to correct the problem only that they would look at it tomorrow. I feel another room (or discount) should have been offered.

The room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, the covers were left off the food for the majority of the time, even with a staff member servicing the area
