The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. “None of the room that I selected when made the reservation wasn’t available at check-in. The property is old and needs updates. I always check for bedbugs in every room. Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. “06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. I called twice and no one answered - ended up having to call customer service to get an answer. Finally checked in closer to 7, the towels in the...

“Breakfast was not great. No regular creamer. Food was barely warm. Gravy for the biscuits did not have sausage and was watery. The room was o.k. The AC worked well. We did have to kill a cockroach though. Not surprised at the sighting of a cockroach in the south, though.”

“Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. “Clean environment and friendly staff.”

“No hardwood floors as seen in the pictures. Hallway smells like Indian food. Otherwise, the stay was okay. I like that they have direct tv and several channels to choose from.”

“The hotel was clean, which is why I gave two stars. The hotel is outdated; the small fridge did not get really cold; the coffee pod was the wrong kind for the tiny machine. A bar of soap was the amenity. The mattress was so soft, it barely allowed for turns in the bed. The coffee in the lobby looked like tea; no milk for the two cereal options; in short, how they can claim to provide breakfast is a mystery to me. The pool was gutted and awful to look at.
