We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. “Room was just ok. Thin sheets, old mattress, busted furniture, rusted metal trim and door, bubbling wallpaper, big notches and missing paint on walls. All cosmetic concerns that could easily be fixed and make a world of difference. The room was clean and most staff was friendly. ”

“The breakfast bar was good and the staff were all very nice. Upon entering our room it smelled musty. The bathroom floor and the carpeting weren’t as clean as they should have been. Our Kleenex box was near empty. Our heater was not working properly. It was so loud it sounded like a bearing or the motor was going out. “I have stayed in this facility a few times over the past few weeks when I am in or through that area for business. It has been a good solid place to stay and I will continue to use that facility ”

“Very clean, safe neighborhood, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Perfectly fine for our one night stay. Note that the pool was under renovation (4/2/26), and the breakfast limited to cereal, pancakes & juice.”

“No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash. ”

“Our room was dirty. The bathroom reaked of urine. We complained and maintenance came by the room and they didn’t see any issue with the toilet. Front desk brought a mop and wiped the floor with fabuloso, it absolutely did not help. There were several other issues, like the door was hung crooked and there was a large gap between the door and the frame and I had to actually lift the door for it to lock. Would not recommend!”
