Experience a spectacular view of the ocean from your prime location! Positioned on the third floor of Surf Condos 135, this unit does not have elevator access. As you enter, you are welcomed by vibrant yellow walls decorated with marine-themed artwork. The master bedroom boasts a vaulted ceiling and a King-sized bed, accompanied by a half bath and generous closet space. Further down the hallway, you'll discover a twin-over-twin bunk in an alcove. Directly across from these bunks is another half bath for convenience. These half baths share access to a spacious shower-tub combination. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, in case you opt for a night in. Should you prefer to dine out, you'll find a variety of excellent seafood restaurants just a short drive away in Surf City. The open-plan living area offers ample seating for your guests, featuring a dining table for four and additional spots at the kitchen bar. This unit also includes a loft space complete with a Queen bed and a TV, perfect for extra guests! Surf Condos is conveniently located near various attractions you might want to explore during your vacation, including the Surf City Pier, fresh seafood markets, and charming shops. After soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of this oceanfront locale, unwind on your deck while taking in the stunning views of the water! Great vacation!

The property and its location were all that we hoped that it would be. The master bedroom and bath attached were very comfortable. The living area and kitchen were well equipped for eating in and watching TV during the evenings. And of course, the beach front location gave us easy access to the beach. It gave us a great opportunity to enjoy Topsail Island again. We hope that we can visit again in the future. Thanks!

Nice place

The unit is nice and clean, has a great view of the ocean and is right on the beach. It is on the third floor with no elevator, a total of 42 steps. It is well furnished and comfortable.

Great Relaxing Week

Breathtaking ocean view! The condo was clean and spacious. Perfect for my family (husband and teenage daughter). The owner provided kitchen essentials to make a relaxing stay. The packet provide most instructions were easy to follow. I would include specific location for laundry. We will definitely stay again.
