Spectacular Ocean Front Views- Fall in love with Topsail Island with its white sandy beaches and laid back family environment. Enjoy private beach with private walkways. Enjoy Morning walks taking in the colorful sunrise and an occasional school of dolphin passing by. Wind down on your private balcony over looking the gorgeous views. Onsite community pool that is gated and has a key access open from April thru October. There are designated grilling areas if you choose to grill.
The space
Queen bed in the bedroom.

2 cozy pullout sleeper sofas in the living room.
The dining table Seats six with an additional four stools at the kitchen counter.
All pillow protectors and mattress covers are changed after every guest. There are sheets and blankets located near the pullout sofas in the living room.
There will be one towel per guest.
There is a laundry facility that is accessible to residents and guests only. There is a key in the binder to the pool and laundry room. The laundry is operated with an app. You can purchase individual detergent there or you can bring your own.
Please do not hang towels or bathing suits from the balcony. It is not permitted by the HOA. There are hooks in the bathroom and on the balcony
There are parking passes in the binder, the parking passes must be left in your car at all times.
Guest access
You have the entire condo.
Other things to note
There is a $175 cleaning fee. This Includes linens and towels.
Must be 25 years old to book.
If you smoke in the unit there will be an additional $200.00 cleaning fee taken from your security deposit.
