“I had a lovely single room on the 4 floor it was amazingly clean, comfy mattress and fresh white bedding and towels I was told by reception that there was tea, coffee, and sugar in the room but if I needed any more they were at reception and to help myself, this little gesture was nice as I sometimes feel like a bother if I ask for more. Although I did not use the restaurant it looked warm and welcoming if I had been staying more than one night I would have gone in for a meal. I do recommend...

“Last minute booking for work. I didn't read the very clear email explaining how to check in. So turned up unprepared. Called the number on the door. A very helpful lady on the phone didn't judge my lack of planning and explained everything to me. Room was exceptionally clean. I had everything I needed. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was superb. Highly highly recommend. I wasn't there for the location but was just a few metres from the promenade. ”

“Wonderfully welcoming, courteous and professional staff. Room was a little smaller than expected but provided everything needed. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!”

“Pros: - Very modern structure; - Room's large and clean; - Kind staff. Cons: - Restaurant has only junk food; - Anything you might want you need to pay extra 5 pounds. Gym? 5 pounds. Parking? 5 pounds, and so forth. The only exception is the breakfast, which is 10 pounds. If you take a cup of coffee and two cookies like me it's better go to Starbucks, stick is within the hotel.”

“According to my son and his mate who had travelled from Oxfordshire for a football match the accommodation was everything that was described. The host was super friendly and even took the boys into Grimsby the next morning after my son had lost his car keys at the match 😩 ”

Purtroppo ci è capitato dei vicini di camera molto rumorosi, gridavano, sbattevano le porte, ridevano, piangevano e questo sin dalle 6h e la sera. “Fabulous night was there for a charity event with friends and my disabled daughter who is also gluten free. Service was exceptional and attention to allergies was absolutely amazing especially as they were not advised before hand about her allergy. We were both impressed. The room was amazing so clean and comfortable. Reception when we arrived was fantastic we checked in then they asked if we had any allergies before handing us a cookie what a wonderful surprise.
