Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs. “Checkin staff was super nice. Room was ok for the price and area. It’s a bit outdated and run down. Bed was ok and bath/shower was fine. AC unit was not the best but manageable. ”
