Also, my bathtub wasn’t staying filled and I called to see if I was doing something wrong and he came to the room and there was actually a little broken piece on the stopper. He left for 30 seconds and was back with a brand new one for me and put it in place. So kind and friendly. The atmosphere of the whole place was good. ”
