  • Questa proprietà ha appena ricevuto un certo numero di aggiornamenti tra cui un nuovo Tiki Bar all'aperto, l'aggiunta di una grande sala di intrattenimento al secondo piano con calcio balilla, una configurazione di TV di gioco tra cui una Wii e Xbox 360 con giochi. Questa camera ha anche un divano letto estraibile con un divano letto doppio e letto a rotelle al di sotto di esso. Per gli accessori da spiaggia c'è una nuova tavola da paddle, tavole da surf, skimboard, biciclette, accessori da spiaggia tra cui 8 sdraio e molto altro. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti con approvazione. Le camere da letto hanno ciascuna una smart tv con accesso via cavo e wifi. C'è un grande tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10. Ha anche una piscina interrata che viene riscaldata con un sedile getti idromassaggio. We had a wonderful stay in this property. We did need to purchase umbrellas, but other than that it had everything we needed for the entire week! We will definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great! We loved the space for everyone! Wish there was a little shade by the pool but we loved it and the game space. The shower head in the main bathroom is terrifyingly strong! Like rip your skin off your sun burnt body strong! Hahaha but seriously we would love to rent the house again the next time we come down!

We love this property. The newly added golf cart was a big hit as well. The location is perfect! Right by the beach and you are in the prime location on the island. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and we will be going back! Communication with the host was excellent. Check in process was easy also. We had a group of 12 people and had more than enough room.

Clean/great amenities and activities onsite/ terrific spaces allowing for different age groups, activities, interests of guests/extra fridge in garage/ample parking/comfortable furniture and mattresses/extra beach wagon helpful/easy walk to beautiful beach and to shops, eateries. Great for families or several couples! Landscaping within the yard gives that "oasis" feeling!

Our trip to Anna Maria Island was relaxing and fabulous. The house was a block to the beach where it was not crowded.Sunsets were beautiful. Neighborhood was great. Everything you need for the beach/pool is provided. The house was very clean when we arrived. Adrian, the manager, was extremely helpful and responsive to questions or anything we needed. A couple of little items - bring some coffee, not pods. Blinds in the first room would be great. Room is large and new but faces east and sun blasts in. Great trip! Would go back to the house again!!!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. In the pictures you cannot tell how big the Living room and kitchen are. Plenty of cabinet space in kitchen for your staples. Which is not something you find often. Loved the big family table to play games, something I always look for. Extra refrigerator was a blessing. My grandson got to surf using one of the boards from the garage so that was exciting! Enjoyed the pool. Plenty of parking for cars and golf carts. Short walk to beach. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Quick communication with host. Only complaint is some areas were very hot midafternoon into evening. Black out curtains or blinds could help this. The wrap around windows, which are beautiful to see out of make it hot. We were there in June I am sure other times of the year this wouldn’t be a problem.

LArge Home close to the beach. Pool was good size and a nice break from the beach. Lots of beach toys.Umbrella and beach cart need to be updated.Beds had old toppers on them that were ripped and need to be replaced. Bathrooms needed more towels. All in All a great large beach home.

We had a great time staying at this home. The house was a perfect size for our group of 8 plus a toddler. The home was located in a perfect quiet location. We would stay at this home again.

Florida Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was big enough to give each family plenty of room! The pool was so refreshing and it was such a short walk to the beach. Breath taking sunrises and sunsets! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

We couldn't have been any happier with our stay at this property! Everything was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and very comfortable. I feel like the rooms were actually larger in person than they even appear in the pictures. Everything was just absolutely perfect!

This beach house says and does it all. All amenities present for a wonderful beach vacation including a short walk to the beach. This is the second time we rented it this year. We plan on renting this same house next summer.

Great house!

Perfect location, only 5 houses to the beautiful beach! Clean, comfortable house. We loved the big bright kitchen perfect for morning coffee & conversation. Large dining room table great for gathering together for meals. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Easy walking to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

We had 9 women and the house was laid out well with plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size kitchen and access to beach chairs and other extra's plus beach towels was nice. Location very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and would return.
