Perfect house for a family of 4. Loved that it had a wagon and beach chairs, super handy! House included a lot of extra house items (paper towels, trash bags, etc) so that was pretty awesome, too. Had a wonderful week on AMI! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect. Close to the beach, anything you would need to go to the beach, chair, wagon, cooler it was great. The pool at the house was also a great perk. Would stay there again

Great place and great price

We liked everything about this house except the living room couch. It was not comfortable and did not have side tables. Other than that it was great! The pool was small but we swam every day and we appreciated all of the things for the beach. We also LOVED the washer and dryer!

Had a great stay here. Perfect location and fast communication when we had a few issues with wifi. We loved the island so much we booked for next year ☀️🏝️🦜 Highly recommended!!

Need an exterminator for roaches in the kitchen as well as rodent in the ceiling area. Issues with wifi and internet on and off. Very disruptive to our stay.

A very cute and well stocked home, walking distance to beach and shopping. Pool is not heated, butwith temps in 80s we went in anyway. we did make management aware of cleaning issues and they promptly came over to check, hopefully took care of situation.

All we needed for a stay at the beach

The property was clean and the beds were very comfy. The neighborhood is nice but it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The layout of the house is great but the third bedroom is really just a trundle bed and tv and you walk through it to get to the pool. It wasn’t a problem for us as we only needed 2 bedrooms and it would work for kids but I don’t think adults would be comfortable there. The house had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen and all appliances worked well. We had problems with a shower door but they were out to fix it the next morning. All in all, it’s a good place but it could use a refresh and update. The couch isn’t the most comfortable and the recliners at each end don’t work. Nothing that could be fixed during our stay but needs updated for the future. There were brand new beach chairs and a great cart to haul things. The pool wasn’t heated but we enjoyed lounging there in the Florida sunshine!

Needs some up dating

Rented for 5 weeks. Master Bath: tub would not hold water, and shower not the best either. Master Bed was comfortable. That was the good thing about the place! Patio: needed a good cleaning!! Cushions very dirty, floor dirty. We cleaned the grill, best we could before using. Umbrella in table broken. Beach chairs and cart were terrible broken dirty and unusable. (We did complain about this and by the end of our stay chairs and cart were replaced. Living Room furniture very dirty. Complained and they got cleaned our last week there! Recliners In sofa do not work. They were broken and not fixable. We’re moving on ‘

Beautiful little home

We wanted to be on island close Beaches. This home did that. Pool was major selling point our kids, they enjoy swimming every evening. Only thing wrong was the living room and one bedroom TV didn't work.( I think it was the cable) But the rest of the home was beautiful and quiet neighbors.

Spotless but not manicured

First thing. This place is spotless and plenty of room..2nd thing..on the outside you will notice this is a duplex with a carport modified into an additional bedroom..but looks nice...3rd some of the flooring is new and the master bedroo. Flooring needs some attention when you first walk in.... as stated pool is not heated would be perfect for us even though its a small pool but it was too cold to enjoy. You will notice some not so perfect things of this house but if your looking for convenient and clean place to stay this would be perfext for you...PS we loved how close the bus and trolley..just three houses down...overall we had a lovely time in this rental.

Simply Satisfied

This property was much as advertised, except We had to replace all the batteries in the remote controls and thermostat. The maintenance man had to be called twice and the second time did not arrive because it was New Years, so we did not have air conditioning that evening. The pool is not heated so we could not use it and the master baths whirlpool jets were non-functioning. Other than that this property is close to the beach and restaurants.

Great affordable family friendly rental in AMI

Our stay in Sea Esta was awesome! We have 3 small children (5, 3 and 10months) and the 3 bedroom duplex worked perfect. It is in a great area of AMI, I would suggest a bike or golf cart rental. The 3rd bedroom with the trundle beds was the only access out the back of the home to the screened in porch and pool. I was service about the security of the door because my oldest 2 kids were in there but there was not only a dorr lock but a door chain at the top as well so that was wonderful! There was a nice walkway and access to the pool out the front door for naptime happy hour though 😊 the only downside of this rental is that the pool was not heated. I think if the weather is warm enough it's not a problem but our first couple days there it dipped down into the 60s so the pool was quite cool until the end of the week. Overall it was a wonderful stay, the property management company was super responsive and we loved AMI! We will be back!

A week’s respite for tired friends.

Fantabulous stay at a great place!

Nice place, close to the beach, lots of beach and bath towels. Well stocked kitchen. Nice big grill. Comes with a beach cart and small cooler. No beach umbrellas. Excellent property management company, very responsive. We had a fantabulous stay and will plan to stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable!

Location was perfect. Pool was wonderful! It was clean overall just need to clean or replace bedroom carpet. Would definitely come back! Rented bikes and gulf cart had a great time!
