Benvenuti a Waters Edge, una vacanza sulla spiaggia con viste mozzafiato!
Il condominio Waters Edge # 110N è un bellissimo condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni che si trova direttamente sul Golfo del Messico. Questa splendida proprietà ha subito importanti lavori di ristrutturazione ed è impreziosita da tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, mobili, biancheria da letto, opere d'arte e molto altro!
Offre viste pittoresche sulla sabbia di zucchero bianco e sull'acqua turchese, una piscina riscaldata condivisa sul lato del Golfo e un balcone aperto con vista sulla spiaggia! Siediti, rilassati e goditi i tramonti rinomati per i quali Anna Maria Island è famosa, dalla privacy del tuo balcone.
La sistemazione per la notte comprende un letto King e un letto Queen che rendono l'appartamento ideale per le coppie in viaggio. Entrambe le camere offrono anche TV. Altri servizi includono un ingresso sicuro, ascensore, piscina e campi da tennis, parcheggio coperto assegnato e parcheggio per gli ospiti. Rilassati, sei in paradiso sulla bellissima isola di Anna Maria!

La camera da letto principale offre un letto king-size che si trova in fondo al corridoio dal soggiorno. È dotato di un proprio bagno privato con cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti è appena fuori dalla zona giorno e offre un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno della hall è vicino ad esso con una cabina doccia.

La grande piscina si trova tra i due edifici Water Edge. Puoi nuotare nella piscina riscaldata e ammirare il Golfo! Ci sono lettini per prendere il sole. I campi da tennis sono dall'altra parte della strada per il vostro divertimento.

This condo was a surprise gem that I found. It was an absolute perfect location on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice Condo with spectacular beach view and access

Lovely condo on Amelia Island with beautiful view of the gulf and beach access only steps away. We found the unit to be nicely stocked. The condo was comfortable, had a nice patio overlooking the beach, and was in a quiet building. Potential renters should know that while the covered parking space is not that far from the condo door, you do have to go up a flight of stairs to enter the building at the end of the garage closest to the unit. There is an elevator in the building, but it is at the other end of the garage. For someone who plans to stay on the Island for the entire stay it is a great location. If you need to go into Bradenton or Sarasota it can be quite a trip with traffic, bridges, etc. we found it taking an hour or more to get to places in Sarasota we need to be while down there. Duncan Real Estate seemed to be easy to work with and provided all the information necessary for our stay.

The location is hard to beat- a very quick, unobstructed walk, and you're on the beach. We had an beachfront room, so that was amazing. No complaints- had a wonderful time.

Amazing AMI Water’s Edge Condo

We stayed in the Water’s Edge 110N condo for seven nights with my wife’s brother and his wife. The condo was absolutely amazing! So spacious and open, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with everything we needed from bath and beach towels, right down to the variety of wooden spoons for cooking meals. We even used the charcoal grill in the common area. We had never been to AMI before, but we will definitely be back and we will try to book again at Water’s Edge 110N.

The unit had everything advertised, the beautiful view of the golf from the balcony and a three minute walk to the water were incredible. We will return to AMI again and hope this unit is available.

Beautiful piece of heaven right in the middle of Anna Maria Island!

This condo was absolutely fantastic! Very nicely updated with brand new appliances. Very spacious and clean. A beautiful view of the gulf that can't be beat. We had just a minor mishap about the key vs. keyless entry but it was quickly fixed. You can be on the beach in less than 2min from the condo, very nice access. Only thing I would recommend is some beach chairs to keep at the condo for guests that have to fly and can't bring those from home. Can't wait to come back!!!

Amazing property

We LOVED our first trip to AMI! The condo was exactly as published on VRBO, everything we hoped for. The condo was the most well-equipped I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed; loved the dry bar fridge for keep drinks cold. The ONLY thing I might consider is using 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom - my two teenagers (sister/brother) opted to not sleep in the same bed together. The views were incredible, and I counted a 19 second walk from the condo door until my feet hit the sand! The covered parking was a nice bonus as well.

High end renovated beach condo

I’ve stayed in multiple Water’s Edge condos because it is a small complex with a beach side pool AND the beach balconies are extremely close to the water. This condo had recent high end renovation. It is smaller than condos I’ve stayed in but right for me. The main negative is the pool heater was not on and the pool was ice cold for October.

Best place we;ve stayed on AMI so far!

We've been traveling to AMI for a few years now for the 4th of July holiday and this is my favorite of the places we've stayed so far. It is right on the beach, the ocean can't be more than 100 feet away! The unit was current in design and furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great sitting area overlooking the ocean. The property was quiet in the evenings and full of families during the day, pool was clean and not super busy, beach was not packed and we always had plenty of room. Having morning coffee on the balcony was wonderful and sunsets were even better! We loved every minute of our stay and ready to book it again for next year!!!

Perfect location, right on the beach.

The condo was exactly as described on the website. The location could not be beat, with direct access to the beach and with the balcony overlooking the beach. The unit included everything you would need including towels, beach towels, beach umbrella, cornhole boards, and a fully stocked kitchen. The private parking was also a plus. The pool was also nice and was never very busy during our stay. Check-in and Check-out was extremely easy. The beds were also extemely confortable. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely look into using this property again for future trips and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely condo with beautiful view!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is lovely, very nicely decorated with new appliances and cushy furnishings. The beds are comfortable, and the window shutters are very good at darkening the rooms for better sleep. The bathrooms are nice, with showers and lots of towels! The view from the balcony is breathtaking! We had lovely sunsets. The pool is nice and clean with lots of chairs and tables. The only down side was there was quite a bit of noisy construction next door during our stay which started at 8 am. The hallways and stairwells in the building are dingy, but I'm sure they will be remodeled as well in the future. I can deal with a dingy hallway if the door opens to a pretty place to stay. Thanks!

Was a great place!

Was everything it was advertised to be. Would’ve liked a washer/dryer in the unit, but we did use the one right down the hallway. Wonderful views, very up to date unit with appliances and furniture.
