"Excellently located with plenty of facilities this is a lovely classic hotel. Large clean room and excellent value. The staff in the bar and dining room were very helpful and friendly - especially as my partner is gluten free. Great palce from which to explore Buxton and the Peaks."

"The room was red hot and stuffy even though there was a fan. Also the soukd proofing was bad you could hear people on the toilet up stairs. Nice apartment, clean and good communication."

"I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped."
