“Great staff, location was perfect”

“We chose this hotel for location, pool and hot tub. It looked great online. Arrived to a sign on the desk stating hot tub was broken until further notice. We inquired if we could receive a small discount on the room since that was one of the reasons why we had selected this hotel. We were told to ask the manager the next day. We checked room. Husband said sofa felt dirty. Room was not what we expected for quality. Checked the pool and it was greenish brown in appearance Looked absolutely...

“Breakfast was clean and was always available on time.”

“When I booked the room I specifically asked for a handicapped accessible shower, and a recliner. When I checked in they said Expedia never stated that. They were able to get me a room with the handicapped shower but not the recliner. Which I needed to sleep in since I just had total knee replacement surgery. ”

“The toilet seat was detached from the stool. Told them day 1 and day 2 . They did nothing. I can NOT reccomend.”

“Smooth check-in. Friendly staff. Had a room with a kitchenette. Room was clean over all but they need to check the dishes. The dishes in our kitchenette were dirty and had food debris on them (silverware, bowls etc). Otherwise we had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again when in Omaha.”

“This hotel is old and needs restoration. Insects in the rooms. Breakfast was semi warm and not refilled very fast.”

“Only real issue was bath tub was pealing paint. Otherwise excellent. Room clean. Pet friendly”
