“We were very pleased with how clean our room was. We also did not feel cramped in it. It was in a nice location. It was right around the corner from the capybara encounter and zoo. We did the capybara experience, and my kids loved it. The beach was a very easy drive, and we found free parking down the street at Rick Seltzer Park. The bed was comfy, and we did not hear any noise. There is also an indoor mini golf beside that we did not get to do, but the kids really wanted to.”

“Upon arrival, the hotel’s entire system was down but the lady at the front desk worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone and get us checked in. I was impressed with her composure as others checking in seemed annoyed. The hotel itself was very clean and I’m giving this review an excellent because our stay was very nice. “I originally rented the room for a softball tournament, but it wasn’t a great location next to the beach and amusement park museum all types of stores and stuff . I definitely will be using that location next April. I had an absolute blast. The housekeeping was great. The front desk was great. I liked it a lot.”

It wasn't too crowded like most places we stayed at in the past. The elevators were quick with hardly any wait time. The walk to the beach was a short distance. Nice location, it was close to all the activities, so we didn't have to drive far.”

“Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf”

“it was a bad hotel we went the reservation was not ready it looked like a drug dealer hotel sorry motel the water for the shower come out for the floor this scene the faucet was broke a hole in the walls and it kick you out already 11:00 it's not that they can you deposit”
