“Room smelt like cigarettes burnt wholes in the wall and bed sheet all 6 walls had stains toilet seat look like someone stood on it ”

“I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. It was definitely better than what i was expecting. It was convenient and quiet i enjoyed my stay.”

“Stayed here because of location, shuttle bus, and "soundproof" rooms. Shuttle bus doesn't run on weekends, screaming child next door / load noises in the hallways at night hardly muffled by the walls / doors, toilet backed up and staff had no way to fix it (no plunger) as they only had one they couldn't find, light dimmed when AC struggled to turn on. Hide-a-bed wouldn't lie flat and was very squeaky with minimal movements. You couldn't pay me to sleep there again.”

“The rooms are very nice, spacious, with comfortable beds. You feel like you’re at home and not at a hotel. The staff are so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere.”
