The space

100' of lake frontage providing direct lake access w/ expansive 28' dock, 4 complimentary kayaks for guest use with life jackets, and swimming area with floaties. Firepit w/ 5 Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake. 300 sqft lakeside deck with expansive views of Little York Lake.

Bedrooms: Primary suite with king bed and half bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, living space w/ twin pull-out sofa bed. Accommodates up to a maximum of five guests.

Indoors: Well equipped kitchen with gas oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, keurig, dishware & flatware, microwave, toaster, air fryer, wine glasses, and pots and pans for cooking a delicious meal.

- First floor full bathroom with walk in tile rainfall shower.

Guests have full access to the cottage, the outdoor space including the deck, fire pit, docks, and kayaks.

Please note that the 3rd floor attic is restricted from guest access and is monitored by a security camera.
