Family getaway

Beautiful views at this property and great location. We were not aware the host lives on the property in an RV. Sparse on the kitchen ware but we managed. Host was very nice and readily available.

Alaska Fishing Trip

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is in like new condition. Nicely decorated, with comfortable furniture. The view of the bay and the glaciers were outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone going to Homer, and looking for a place to stay, to check out this home. You won't be disappointed.

Happy in Homer!

We were lucky enough to book Dennis’ lovely home for a weeks stay in Homer. Its location was perfect and we found the accommodation to be perfect for our two families. Shower time was a little cramped because of there being only two bathrooms but we were at max capacity so that is to be expected. Nothing negative to note and any issues we did have were quickly addressed and they were small things that were due to us being the second renters in a new home. Would recommend to anyone and will rebook the next time we are needing a spot! Thank you!

Breathtakingly beautiful modern Alaskan house!

This property is every bit as stunning as it appears online. We had the great fortune of being some of the first guests at this newly built, modern residence and we could not have been more pleased. The thought that went into the design, decor and amenities was evident throughout as no detail was overlooked. Dennis is a gracious host and he lives nearby so he is available to answer questions about the house and the Homer area. The house is set up on a bluff with an amazing view of the bay and Homer spit. It is conveniently located a few minutes from coffee shops, shops and the town of Homer. Our only regret is that we can’t stay longer as the house and location are paradise!
