“We had a 12 day stay here and had to ask repeatedly for clean linens and trash disposal. Had we not asked, our room would not have been touched the entire 12 days, which is inexcusable.
There was rarely anyone at the desk, nor did they answer the phone when we called from our room for housekeeping service. Staff was usually sitting in a back room near the front desk, but often didn't even bother to get up to speak with customers.
