“Clean rooms. Very friendly owner. Bit painful on the back if you are not used to sleeping without a mattress but I guess that is part of the hanok experience. Toiletries and basic kitchen needs available. Limited transport and dining around the area. Cannot figure out the opening times of the restaurants as well. “I had a desire to stay overnight in the traditional hanok house. I loved everything about the place, the room and the area. The place is located in the countryside far from the big cities. It was completely quiet and peaceful. The bathroom and toilet are in another house, but that didn't matter. The owner of the place is really nice and welcoming. I had a car, so it was easy to get around the area.”
