“This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The property was in terrible condition and appeared to have significant water-damage and maintenance issues. In Room 308, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, the TV panel was falling off the wall, and the floor near the window was soaking wet. Room 422 had no functioning air conditioning. In Room 413, there was no hair dryer, the blackout shades would not raise, and there was no cold water—the water was scalding...
