Hotel con animali ammessi a Homps

“You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine.”

“The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....

“Ottimo hotel in zona industriale. Struttura nuova e funzionale. Camera ampia e moderna. Unico aspetto negativo a causa del covid la stanza viene pulita solo ogni 3 giorni... nonostante la mia richiesta di eseguirla a metà soggiorno (giorno 2 su 4) sono stati cambiati solo gli asciugmani.”
