“Torri was the best hostess ever!!! Very friendly funny and kind!!! Always gave great adventure advice for the island!!! Breakfast was bomb with a great variety!!! “This b&b is one the best accomodations we have ever seen. The breakfast is really amazing (fresh fruit, handmade bread, eggs, homemade coffee, etc.); the hosts (Kurt and Kana) are very friendly and they gave us a lot of suggestions. The location is really beautiful ad the name is suggesting! If we ever come back to Big Island, we will for sure try to stay here again.”

“I've travelled a lot over the last 4 decades and Kona Palace has the best view of any property I've stayed in. It is cozy and secluded and it was amazing just to sit on the patio and watch the sun come up from the side of a mountain! The surrounding foliage is beautiful and the accomodations are comfortable. The cherry on top was finding we had a hot tub!”

“The house was the perfect size for a group of 8 adults and one child. The walking distance to Manini Beach and Kealakekua Bay was the best. We were also only a ten minute drive to two step and some more amazing snorkeling. Took some time adjusting to the bugs (this is jungle atmosphere after all!) But overall we adapted quickly and loved it. The pwner was super responsive. Grandson loved the geckos!”

“The location is great as long as you have a car for the short trips to town and the ocean. Check in was easy, just keep in touch and it's easy.The fresh mangoes and abundant colorful bird activity were highlights. Even though not in the listing, there were a variety of snorkel gear in good shape for use, along with chairs and beach towels. From the lush landscaping and breathtaking views, to the homes comfortable and clean accomodations our expectations were surpassed on all accounts. “This was our second stay! We loved it the first time and we had to come back. We loved it the second time too. Catherine’s home has been perfect for us for our stays in Hawaii. "struttura un po' datata, appartamento spazioso ma non troppo ben isolato e dotato di moquette che non è mai sinonimo di completa pulizia, che comunque non viene effettuata durante il soggiorno se non a richiesta e a pagamento. La pace che si respira quando non ci sono vicini rumorosi è comunque straordinaria, e consumare i pasti sul bel balcone in assoluta tranquillità, con la splendida luce e il clima hawaiano non ha uguali."
