“Room had used ear swab on the bed during check in, booked a room for four and was left two towels, requested room cleaning while we were out on day 4 of the stay and were told we had not been scheduled for it which left us with dirty towels and a mountain of trash that was not picked up day 6 of the stay I requested more towels at the front desk and the front desk manager as her name tag said come off with very rude tone because all of the guest were not listed which was her employees mistake...

“There were many bugs and cockroaches and leaky ceiling. had to leave vacation to attend to property technician. ”

“Very clean, cleaned the room everyday , had washer and dryer , staff very friendly and nice very help.”

“The hotel is nice, but my main issue was the noise. I got a room in 3rd floor and the noise of the street was on times a bit much. I am sensible to the noise and I asked for a room as far as posible from the elevators. The first time I was given a room right acrross from the elevators. I went back to the desk and requested another room. I was relocated to a lower level.”

“お部屋も広くてビューも素敵で非常に快適に過ごすことができました。基本完璧で最高です． ただ現在ホテル内が工事中で、フロントの6階が閉まっていたり、レストランへは階段で行かないといけなかったりと不便なところも多々ありました． 私たちのプランには1日50ドルのサービスが付いていたのですが、まとめて使えなかったので非常に勝手が悪かった．最終日のベットメイキングがあれ？掃除してくださった?という感じですそれが残念でした。”
