“The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. ”

“Great overnight trip”

“We arrived at 1:50 pm for check-in and were told rooms weren't available until 3:00 pm. After waiting over 3 hours, we finally got a room at 4:10 pm because our booked Bay View Family Room still wasn't ready. During the wait we spent a considerable amount at the bar. We were then "upgraded" to an Executive Lake View Room despite specifically booking a bay view. Reception moved us again, but the bay was only visible from the bathroom. We gave up arguing. The room had multiple maintenance issues:...
