“A little run down, but clean beds and rooms.”

“It was a cute little room, there were these little bugs everywhere.. not sure what they were but they were all over the shower and bathroom counter, the walls by the bed and the dresser.. the AC unit worked but some of the buttons for temperature and such didn’t work so it was stuck at whatever it was on, along with being able to see mold in the vent and you could smell it when you turned the unit on, we also had to use the stairs multiple times to get to level 25 due to there only being 1...

“I enjoyed my trip very well. Dishes but no area to clean them. Used 2 glasses in total. Great location with minimal window view. Close to everything and staff were pleasant. Coffee downstairs at the coffee and donut place was the best. Loved the stay*****”

“The bathroom fan was squealing/ vibrating loudly when turned on. Mattress pad was dirty, floor and under the bed was dirty.”

“I knew my goal was to spend more time outdoors than in. Good location. Walking distance to Ilikai, Hilton, Ala Moana Mall, etc. Pool was a nice alternative to walking to crowded beach during day, and relaxing in the evenings. Jacuzzi was good and evenings always in use. Close your curtains at night to avoid lookey loos! Especially with light on. Can see everything from pool. LOL. $5 to use gym for duration of stay. Good equipment and AC was great! Water system to refill in gym. It got the job...
