very nice hotel centrally located. very clean hotel. the only complaint I have is that they charge for parking but then again most hotels charge for parking there and it's not cheap.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, recently decorated. We had a small balcony from which to observe the fireworks. Parking on the premises, accessible through the building elevators. The ramps in the lot are very narrow and have sharp turns. The staff is very responsive and even though there is no housekeeping for a 2 night stay, they brought us what we needed upon request. They were also able to handle our inadvertent movie charges. The TV/movie selections were not always easy to navigate.

トロリーの乗り場が近く、便利でした。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーです。 お部屋に関してはリニューアル後なので、綺麗でした。 海外あるあるのシャワーの湯量は、やはり少ないですが…お湯の温度は適温なのでシャワー自体は特に問題ありません。 アメニティのシャンプーは泡立ちが良くないので、予め持って行った方がいいかも。 また、ドアの下に隙間があるので廊下の声が聞こえるのは仕方ないとして…どこからかともなくイビキが聞こえてきたので壁は薄いのかもなぁと。 そんなに気にならないですけどね。 共有レンジがあるので、パックごはんが活躍しました！（ポケを買ってきてポケ丼とか） お値段も踏まえて総合的に見ると満足でした！

It was a nice location and staff. But i occasionally saw a roach or two. The small ones, but i learnt its just a thing you see on the island. Overall good experience.

水のサービスと朝のコーヒーサービスはとても有難い。プールは小さく閉鎖的で、リゾート気分は味わえないが、温かいジャグジーは良い。部屋の空調がとても寒く、エアコンを切ってもなお寒く、風邪をひくところだった。シャワーの水圧・温度共に問題無し。スタッフは感じが良く親切。コスパの良いホテル。チェックアウト時のリゾートフィーの支払いがクレカのみというのはやや不便だった。

Our family of 4 (kids 5 and 7) for 9 nights enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Malia. It is a solid property. We stayed in the renovated studio and it’s exactly as pictured. The staff were great. The location of hotel is great and very convenient to Waikiki beach and shops. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were small but clean. No microwave in room, which was a bit inconvenient but for the price in comparison to other hotels in the area, it was fine. The parking is a bit tight, use caution while maneuvering. We’ll miss Edwin in the parking lot who was very friendly. Will stay again here next time we are in Oahu!

Clean room and warm staff. Great location with 5-10min walk to the beach. The main problem is the parking. The garage is an absolute nightmare and will ruin your holiday as scratches are inevitable from the extremely narrow and steep ramp.

①新しいコンセント・スイッチ・照明器具が良かった。②風呂のタブとシャワーの切り替え部分のパッキンが古くて良くなかった。③ゴミとは別に机の上に置いておいた給水用のペットボトルが勝手に処分されてしまったのは良くない。④浴室の扉のストッパーがボルトむき出しで危険です。⑤ELVのカード認識が使いにくい、カードを密着させるとカードを床に落としやすい。⑥共用の電子レンジが汚れていて使用できない。⑦室内が明るい感じで良くなったが、見切りとかペイント前の補修とかが悪く惜しい感じがした。⑧受付の人のネームプレートに日本語対応の表示が欲しい。以上です。

The rooms were renovated and very nice. The pool is very small and in a unexpected area. Other than that the hotel and location was great

This is the second time I’ve be stayed there. Both times the check-in staff have not been particularly pleasant. The property itself is nice as are the rooms. You can tell it has been updated and done nicely. Please work with you check-in staff.

This was my first trip to Hawaii and I enjoyed my stay at the Waikiki Malia. My room was clean and had all of the amenities I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of many shopping, dining options and the beach. Transportation was also convenient as you can catch the #20 bus for $3 from the airport and it drops you off in front of the hotel. The pink Waikiki Trolley is available for a tour of the area. I hope my review is helpful for those considering a trip as I highly recommend this property.

The staff was very nice and the property was clean. The pillows were horrible and the part we disliked the most was parking, we thought it was free but it was not and the driveways were so narrow only one car can get by at a time ,barely, which made us stuck with another car to where they had to back all the way out for us to go forward. They should do valet only, especially since they charge for it. Also there was an additional services fee of $30 that was not already covered through Expedia, that took us off guard.

Aloha. Thank you for your comment. Our parking charge is 35 night for in and out for 24 hours. Our parking lot has an attendant that monitors the parking entrance to assist with any situations that may arise. The Amenity fee which is 30 is part of the Expedia booking. There should be no other charges other than that. Thank you.
