Hotel a Hoodsport

“Stayed a few times for work. It’s always super clean and the staff is very nice and friendly.”

“Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...

“Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and stocked. The upstairs tenants were noisy until 4am both nights I stayed. Made it hard to get a full nights sleep. In the room I stayed there was not good wifi connectivity. Made it difficult to do anything other than use the phone.”

“The lakeside room was big and very clean. It felt like it had been recently remodeled. The bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. I loved the ambiance of this lodge! Such a beautiful setting!!! We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Food was good both times. Would love to stay here again!”

“Bathroom had red stains on sink, wall and tub. Linoleum floor had cracks and the walls had peeling spots. Bed and tv were ok. Weird layout where we had to go down a flight of stairs then back up to get to our room. Had laundry that worked fine but one washer was out of commission. It closed at 10 pm. $3 for washer and for dryer.”

“Easy parking. 8 am the office was not open for check out or coffee. Nice room.”

“My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. I paid over $600 for 2 nights, which is...
