“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40.
No reception service after 23.
They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message.
I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...
“Hier een nachtje doorgebracht en net als vorig jaar prima bevallen.
Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat het ontbijt nu een buffet was terwijl je vorig jaar nog een etagère aan tafel kreeg met je ontbijt.
Normaal gesproken is dit geen probleem, maar nu waren er vliegen bij het ontbijt en dat is dan toch wel wat minder.”

“Lovely boutique hotel, stayed for two nights but had no sleep either night, the noise outside was terrible, by far the worst I have ever experienced over the many years of travelling, lasted literally all night, both nights, this is not the hotels fault though, obviously, and shouldn’t reflect on the hotel, but it doesn’t help and people should be aware of the issue. I wouldn’t stay again due to the consistent noise all night long from party goers not seeming to care about local hotels,...

“For such a level there are many things to improve: reception and service, booked a king size bed and had a twin room, too noisy when people clean it ”
“Very nice hotel in a castle. Not easy to find without GPS ( some roads to get there were pedestrian), but once you know the way is very easy ( also depend from which direction you are coming). The hotel is quite big and quiet, nice breakfast and park around. Highly suggested ”
