“This home has everything you need. Very clean. Our kids loved the games room and big back yard. Host is quick to respond to any questions. We loved the location and being able to paddle board or kayak from the dock. Highly recommend this property!”

“House was a great place to stay with a family while enjoying Sandpoint, Silverwood, and Schweitzer. The house had everything we needed as a family of 4 with lots of cooking supplies and staples. Location is easy walk to Sandpoint. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at!”

“The place was well stocked with cooking supplies, towels and bedding. The location was amazing, very close to Schweitzer, which we drove to every day and very close to downtown Sandpoint. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Initially worried about the train tracks being across the road but honestly, they weren’t that loud or frequent….Would definitely rent this place again!”

“Really wonderful home for a big group! Everything was updated, clean and thought out. Huge, well stocked kitchen perfect for us since we were eating in every meal and feeding a large group. Cozy living room. Close to grocery store and downtown sandpoint but felt like we were high in the mountains. Only downside was bedding could be upgraded.”

“If you want a place that can make you feel like you are "roughing it" but still has more than RV camping, then this is the perfect place to stay. There is no internet, and the lake is quiet and peaceful that gives the sense of seclusion, but you are only 10-30ish minutes away from a number of smaller towns. The homeowners have well stocked everything fun from cards to board games to movies to floatation devises to campfire makings. There is something to do for all ages.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is gorgeous and the house is well maintained and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The boat slip was used by the host’s family both days, which we didn’t know about until we received the check in information. Also, to sleep 6 some have to sleep on the couch or on an air mattress provided in the 2nd bedroom. We rented the wave runners and they were fabulous. They were a great way to explore the lake. We would highly recommend and stay here again. ”

“This was a lovely house for our family vacation! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. We had lots of fun playing games at the dining room table and outside. We had a blast swimming and kayaking on the lake. There was definitely something for everyone!”

“Communication with property owner was great, check-in/out instructions were sent in advance and process was easy and seamless! Beautiful home, great space for families (just 4 of us, including adult children). Every room was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to linens, etc. We stayed during our summer trip but the location would be perfect for winter/ski trip as well! We’ve already booked our return visit for next summer!”

“This house was so adorable! Plenty of room for a large family. This house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sitting on the back patio in the morning drinking coffee was heavenly. The kids even picked some fresh strawberries and blueberries from the plants that were growing along the backside of the house. Would definitely stay here again! ”
