“Communication with Troy was easy and quick. The house was clean and well equipped. (Bed was super comfy.) The entryway code system is the best! No keys or cards to fiddle with. The area is old Alaskan and kinda grubby but once you get inside it’s well appointed and modern. At end of the street so quiet. So many “goods” to outweigh the “bads “ of a non-attractive neighborhood. Thanks, Troy.”

The townhome had pretty much everything we could possibly need, including an in-unit washer and dryer (though we didn't end up needing to use them). The layout worked perfectly for us, with the bedroom and a full bathroom located upstairs, plus a very convenient half-bath on the first floor. Zona non particolarmente bella architettonicamente e presenza di un po' di senzatetto,ma nel complesso sicura( almeno di giorno).”

“The townhouse was clean and very quiet. We appreciated having 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including coffee. Living room had games and DVDs. We enjoyed walking to the market and restaurant (highly recommend Basecamp restaurant). Parking was right by the front door. The host was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely book again.”
