“House and location was excellent. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Moncton and the local attractions. We enjoyed the outside patio space for sitting in the sun and playing games. We would recommend a few extra amenities to be included with the house rental such as more coffee cups ( there was only 2 and were a group of 4). Pen and paper would be a bonus as well as a wine opener. Otherwise, highly recommend this rental. ”

À noter : il y a des gens qui vivent au sous-sol, ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce originale. Nous avons reçu l’adresse et toutes les informations importantes seulement le matin même de notre arrivée, ce qui a été un peu stressant pour nous… Par la suite, la communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente !À ma demande, le propriétaire a même acheté un petit foyer pour...

“The rental is in a great locations, easy access to everthing. Great restaurants. The priperty is very nice brand new. Just needs a few extra things in kitchen & hangers. But we managed .”

“Me and three friends just stayed for the one night on route to our final destination. We needed 4 bedrooms so this place was great for that. Location was great, just a short drive to downtown for restaurants. There’s a nice brewery/ bar about a block away. The only negative thing was that there’s no AC which might be an issue in the summer. A couple of the bedrooms have ceiling fansI but not all. I also reported a minor issue with the bathtub spout that came off during our stay. So hopefully...
