The Rosenberger II apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers you a good view of the narrow streets and rooftops of Hopfgarten. The quiet, sunny balcony overlooks a small park. All amenities are just a stone's throw away from the accommodation. Whether fresh bread rolls from the bakery, grocery shops, traditional inns or a fine pizzeria with Mediterranean delicacies. The pretty accommodation in a modern country house style offers enough space for 4 people, the car can be parked directly behind the house. You have two bathrooms at your disposal, so that even during the morning rush hour there is no congestion in front of the bathroom doors. In the fully equipped kitchen you are welcome to refine your cooking skills with one or two "Tyrolean delicacies" for your family.
The accommodation is also in an excellent location for winter sports fans and young families in particular. The ski lift with practice area is just 400 metres away, just around the corner and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Here you will find ski hire and sports shops, ski depots and ski schools right on site, so you can confidently do without a car and ski bus. Nothing stands in the way of an immediate jump into skiing fun.
The Wilder Kaiser Brixental region is also definitely worth a visit in summer. Hopfgarten's local mountain is the Hohe Salve, one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains in the Kitzbühel Alps with panoramic views of the Zillertal Alps, the Venediger group and the Glockner group. The quiet hiking trails and mountain bike routes lead you through the varied Tyrolean mountain landscape, accompanied by the gentle ringing of cowbells and the chirping of birds. It's definitely worth stopping for a moment to pause and enjoy the view. Perhaps also at one of the numerous rustic and hospitable mountain huts, where regional delicacies and a smile await you
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
